Good to know: there is no mobile signal at the resort, and the WiFi is fast. Most guests call that a feature by day two.
Asked before, answered gladly
The desk's most frequent questions. Anything missing, the phone line is human.
- Is breakfast included?
- Yes. Complimentary breakfast is cooked to order from 7 to 10 every morning of your stay.
- Is the resort adults only?
- Yes. The Dream is a hideaway for guests 18 and over, which is much of why it sounds the way it does at night.
- Do you arrange airport transfers?
- Yes. Request your pickup 3 to 4 days before arrival and a private van meets you at El Nido or Puerto Princesa.
- What is the cancellation policy?
- Cancel 14 or more days before arrival for a 90% refund of your deposit. Within 14 days, the first-night deposit is forfeited.
- Is there WiFi? Is there signal?
- WiFi reaches the whole resort and can be switched off in your villa on request. There is no mobile signal; most guests call that a feature by day two.
- When is the best time to visit?
- The dry season runs November to June. March to June is high season; book well ahead and expect firm check-in times.
- Can the kitchen handle food allergies?
- Yes. Tell us before you arrive and the chef plans appropriate meals; guests write reviews about how well this is done.
- Can I pay by card?
- At the resort, yes. Beyond the gate, carry pesos: the nearest ATMs that take international cards are in Puerto Princesa.
Still wondering about something? Write to us; a person answers, usually the same person who will greet you at the gate.
